Returns & Shipment Errors
Custom orders and punches are not returnable, but will be replaced if defective. Every punch is tested before shipment according to intended use, and we do not sell used merchandise.
If orders for custom products are cancelled during the assembly process, buyers will still be held responsible for the order.Shipment errors or defective merchandise may be returned and exchanged. If defective, custom items will be replaced. Please contact us at OneStopSquare@aol.com immediately if there are any issues regarding your shipment. We must issue an RA number for any exchanges. Items intended for exchange will be inspected, and we reserve the right to turn down a request for an exchange if the item has been used or is not damaged. The product will then be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
