We are only able to provide free shipping to the continental 48 US states. For shipments to to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, shipping rates will be calculated based on the size of the order.
Products are usually shipped within 1-2 business days if they are currently in stock. Customized products may take between two weeks and a month, due to the assembly of the specialized pieces. Orders during the holidays may require up to an additional two weeks for processing.
International Shipments – Shop For Supplies, Inc. (www.CardHolePunch.com) bears no responsibility for shipping international orders that are lost or damaged once it has shipped. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make claims for lost or damaged merchandise – PO Shipments may not be insured, UPS is insured at additional cost. International orders will ship via the PO unless UPS is requested. Shipping details, tracking numbers and any other pertinent information will be provided upon request.
Returns & Shipment Errors
Custom orders and punches are not returnable, but will be replaced if defective. Every punch is tested before shipment according to intended use, and we do not sell used merchandise.
If orders for custom products are cancelled during the assembly process, buyers will still be held responsible for the order.
Shipment errors or defective merchandise may be returned and exchanged. If defective, custom items will be replaced. Please contact us at OneStopSquare@aol.com immediately if there are any issues regarding your shipment. We must issue an RA number for any exchanges. Items intended for exchange will be inspected, and we reserve the right to turn down a request for an exchange if the item has been used or is not damaged. The product will then be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
Please contact us at any time if you would like to confirm our inventory. We keep some designs, letters and numbers in our inventory regularly, but some dies may need to be restocked. If your order requires being restocked, there may be a wait depending on the progress of the manufacturing.
